I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
It may take 3 working days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPMENT TAKE?
Shipping time can vary from 9 to 14 business days.
Certain circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause the shipment to be delayed. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery problem is the responsibility of the transport company.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after it has been created for the cancellation to apply. If the item has already been shipped, please wait for it to be delivered to your address, after which you can send it back to us, and please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and we will refund you the full amount.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled your address or filled it in automatically, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Inform us immediately by email. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.
